Everything you can need to train your team in one spot!
Prepping for the Training
- Who are you training (users / teams)? Do they have accounts in Provision?
- Have trainee's login credentials available to provide during the training (username, temporary password)
- Have a task assigned to each individual attending the training to use during the Try-It-Out segment
- Are the forms they are using in Provision?
- What form(s) will you be demonstrating during the training?
Recommendation: Choose a form that they are most familiar with / complete often (daily / multiple times a day) to start with. This helps to build confidence and the habit of using Provision daily.
- Where will the training take place?
- Need: Computer, TV or spot to project the screen
- Enough room for all people to sit / see the screen
- Do they have the correct devices to use Provision post-training?
- Provision Shortcut added to the Device in advance of the training
- Additional Materials:
- Do you want them to bring / are you providing devices for the training session?
