      Create New Equipment

      Add a new piece of equipment to appear in equipment drop downs

      1. Navigate to Resources -> Equipment Module

      2. Select the mceclip3.png icon in the top navigation bar

      3. In the side panel:

        • Enter in the Equipment Name (required)

        • Calibration (Internal or External)
        • Calibration Frequency
        • Preventative Maintenance (Internal or External)
        • Make
        • Model
        • Serial Number
        • Location (Note: would have to exist in Location table to be in this list)
        • Additional Information

      1. Select green Create Equipment button (bottom right corner)

      2. On Main Equipment Page - can add any other information

      3. Select Save button (bottom right corner)
