Add/Remove Forms & Reports to a Folder

Organize your Forms & Reports using Folders

1. Navigate to Settings -> Folders Module
2. Select the Folder
3. Navigate to the Reports Tab 
4. Select the reports to add to the folder
5. Deselect the reports to remove them from the folder
6. Select Save
