❌ How to Reject a Record

Reject a form that is incomplete, contains errors, or requires improvements

Rejecting a Record

If a form is incomplete or contains errors, you can send it back to the previous step for correction:

  1. Select the Reject button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. In the Reject Submission side panel, fill out the following required fields:
    • Comments: Provide a reason for the rejection (e.g., "Form not completed").
    • Return to Step: Choose the specific workflow step where the correction needs to be made.
    • Team: Select the team responsible for addressing the correction.
  3. Select the red Reject button.
  4. A success message will appear, and the record status will update to reflect the rejection.
