- Sites: Toggle between Include (only receive notifications for selected sites) or Exclude (receive notifications for all sites except selected). Use the dropdown to select one or more sites.
- Notifications: In the notifications table, toggle the following alerts on or off under the Enabled column:
- Enable/Disable all: Use this master toggle to turn all notifications on or off at once.
- Task Assigned: Receive an alert when you have been assigned a new task.
- Task Rejected: Receive an alert when a task you are assigned has been rejected.
- Task Overdue: Receive an alert when a task you are assigned is overdue.
- Deviation Recorded: Receive an alert when new deviations have been recorded.
- Document Expiry: Receive an alert when a document is near expiry or expired.
- Once your preferences are set, select the green Save button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- A green Success banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming your notification preferences were updated successfully.
Note: Notifications are saved per user profile, allowing everyone on your team to customize their own alert preferences.
