Edit Documentation

Update an existing document with a new version


  1. Navigate to Resources > Documentation
  2. From the table, select the existing Document you wish to update
  3. This will open the Side Menu, select 'Edit'
  4. Update any of the following:
    1. For a new file: Drag and drop your new file or select 'browse' to select a document from your computer
    2. Document Name
    3. Change the Version Number
    4. Select a folder (if applicable)
    5. Select the Forms to Link it to (Document will appear under the Documentation Tab of the Form)
  5. Select Save
  6. Confirm popup by selecting Save & Republish

Tip: Select 'View Document' and then the 'History Tab' to find all historical versions of that document
