If Provision is not functioning properly or you are experiencing issues loading the software, we recommend performing the following steps
1. Hard refresh the page. Sometimes, a simple page refresh can clear errors or resolve an error you are experiencing.
- Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R to hard refresh,
- Mac devices: Cmd+Shift+R to hard refresh
2. Ensure your laptop/desktop/tablet is running the latest version of your Operating System (MacOS, Windows, Android, iOS).
- Provision will not run properly on out of date devices, we suggest restarting your devices weekly and ensuring auto-updates are enabled for your hardware type.
3. Upgrade to the latest browser version for Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- If you're using an outdated browser version, certain functions might not work properly. We highly recommend keeping your browser up to date.
4. Reboot your device.
5. Clear the cache in your browser. Please see how to perform this by browser type:
6. Check your internet speed. Provision requires a minimum upload and/or download speed of 50 Mbps. Internet speeds below this threshold may experience slow loading times.
- Visit fast.com to test your internet speed.
- If you are using a device while on the move, please check the internet speed in the area you are experiencing loading issues.
7. Try a different browser. Sometimes there may be issues with your browser settings. Using a different browser can help rule this out.
Provision is still not working properly.
