September 8 2026 Release

Records

  • Faster assignment across many sites: Assigning a record to a large number of sites is now much faster. Organizations running many sites will see the biggest difference.

Forms

  • Reliable references to previous submissions: Record dropdowns that reference a previous submission keep their reference, so fields such as month and year stay visible in item templates.

Deviations

  • Filter by recorded and resolved dates: Filter the Deviations list by Date Recorded and Resolved At, so you can narrow to when a deviation was raised or when it was closed out.
  • Deviations linked to their supplier: A deviation raised from a survey question inside a supplier container is recorded against that supplier rather than as a regular deviation. Requires the Supplier Management module.

Reports

  • Several resources in one report: Report filters accept more than one resource, so you can pull records for several pieces of equipment in a single report.
  • Yesterday date filter: Reports include a dynamic "yesterday" option alongside the existing date presets.

Resources

  • Saved views on sub tables: Sub tables now have the View menu, and the column visibility and sort order you set survive leaving the page. This covers supplier documents, products and deviations, areas on a site, and employee training and tasks.
  • Filter by more than one site: Filtering a list by several sites returns records from every site you selected.
  • Counts include the full hierarchy: Site and product category counts include the full subtree beneath them, not only their direct children.
  • Site filters reset at sign out: Signing out clears your site filters, so signing into another organization starts with none applied.

People and Teams

  • Site based editing permissions: Forms, resources, and documents can be edited only by people who belong to every site the item is assigned to. Someone who holds one site out of four gets the form preview instead of the form editor.
  • Filter teams by membership: Filter the Teams list by whether a team has members, so you can hide the teams that belong to other sites and appear blank to you.
  • Activate a deactivated employee: The employee details page shows the correct status for a deactivated employee, with an Activate button.

Supplier Management

  • Certifications drawn from Programs: Supplier certifications come from your top level Programs, and you can add custom certifications when you need one that is not listed. Requires the Supplier Management module.
