No assignee prompt for team steps: When the next step in a flexible workflow already has a team assigned, submitting the record sends it to that team without asking you to choose an assignee.
Clearer column preferences: If every column is hidden, the column preferences panel explains why Save is disabled.
Accurate bulk action counts: When your selection spans more than one page, the bulk action confirmation shows the number of items you selected.
Filter by more than 200 sites: Site filters work with more than 200 sites selected, so you can filter by a whole region at once.
Faster lists for site-restricted users: The records list loads much faster for users whose access is limited to specific sites.

Delete and restore forms: Delete a form you no longer need, and restore it later if you need it again.

Restore deleted documents: A deleted document can be restored instead of being removed for good.
Link resources from the Links tab: Link a document to a supplier or any other resource, or unlink it, from the document's Links tab. The picker shows only resources that share the document's sites and aren't already linked, and you need edit permission on the resource you link. Linking to a supplier requires the Supplier Management module.

Edit schedules on their start date: Editing a schedule on its start date no longer creates an additional task.
Longer schedule names: Schedule names can be up to 100 characters.

Exports match the Reports view: Exported columns appear in the same order as the grid. If you hide every form field, the export includes only the record details.
Local time in exports: Exported timestamps follow your timezone's daylight saving rules, including zones that don't observe daylight saving time, such as Phoenix and Mexico City.

Deeper site group nesting: Site groups can be nested up to five levels under your organization, for example Country > Region > Division > District > Store.

Restore deleted suppliers: A deleted supplier can be restored. Requires the Supplier Management module.

Check for changes in one call: The dataset list includes a change token for each dataset and supports conditional requests. If nothing has changed you get a "not modified" response, and you only need to download datasets whose token changed.
Datasets stay current: Datasets update when a form is republished with changed fields, include every row when a custom attribute value repeats, and pick up edits made only to a chemical's custom attributes in incremental syncs. The same datasets power analytics dashboards in Insights.
