Use new lots right away: A lot created while filling in a record can be selected immediately, in a later row of the same record or on a different record. You no longer need to submit the record first.
Comment on completed records: Add comments to a record after it has been completed. Commenting does not change the record's completion date or last modified date.
View attachments as a table: Switch record and task attachments between the grid view and a table view.
Faster photo thumbnails: Image attachments load as you scroll to them, so forms with many photos open and scroll faster.

Filter mobile tasks by site: Filter the task list on mobile by site, the same way you can on desktop.
Faster Tasks page: The Tasks page and its summary load faster, including in organizations with a large number of open deviations.
Opt out of overdue notifications: Site admins can choose not to receive overdue notifications for work on their site that isn't assigned to them.

Filter and sort by resolution type: Filter and sort deviations by their resolution type.

Sort the Documents table: Sort the Documents table by status, owner, team, or programs. When sorting by programs, each document's programs are listed alphabetically, and documents with the same programs are ordered by title.

View and export completed trainings: Open and export a completed training the same way you would a completed record, including signed documents, quizzes, and a downloadable copy of the signature. Requires the Training module.
Custom attributes on in-person trainings: Add custom attributes to in-person trainings. Requires the Training module.
Attendee signatures in in-person training: Signatures save correctly for attendees marked present during an in-person training. Requires the Training module.

Filter products by customer: Filter the products list by customer and see each product's customers in the new Customers column.
Faster products list: The products list loads faster for users whose access is limited to specific sites.
Bulk import sites and site groups: Create sites and site groups, including which group each belongs to, in a single bulk import. Rows can be in any order, and any row with a missing or unclear parent is flagged by row number so you can fix it.

Deleted teams removed from profiles: A deleted team no longer appears on employee profiles.
Archiving teams in use: A team can't be archived while it is in use at another site, matching the rule for deleting a team.

Rebuilt API documentation: The API documentation is now organized into three pages with a new layout that uses the full width of large screens, and several sections have been clarified.
Published versioning policy: The API versioning policy is now included in the documentation.
New date data type: Date is now available as a data type.
Record and deviation code formats: The formats for record and deviation codes are now documented.
More reliable datasets: Datasets generate reliably when fields contain unexpected values, and a renamed form keeps its existing dataset. Resource datasets now include document custom attributes.
