What is an Organizational Unit?

 

An Organizational Unit (OU) enables the ability to limit staff permissions and access so that a user only sees the information relevant to their:

  • Branch
  • Team or department 
  • Location within the same site (e.g. a Farm & Packhouse)

Important Notes:

  • A Form or Resource that does not have an OU assigned will be visible in all OU’s.
  • A user will only have access to see OU’s assigned them in the Employee tab under Resources
