October 7, 2026 Release Notes

Records

  • Restore deleted records: Deleted records now show a Restore option, so a record deleted by mistake can be brought back.
  • Verification starts at the top: A record awaiting verification opens at the top when you open it from Verification, All records or Tasks, so you see the data before you verify it.
  • Pinned column headers: Column headers stay in view while you scroll long lists on Tasks, Records, Reports, Deviations, Training and Suppliers.
  • Alphabetical dropdowns: Dropdowns sort alphabetically by default, including document type, custom attribute type, supplier type and allergens, and pickers for employees, lots and other records.

Tasks

  • Summary cards follow the site filter: The summary cards on Tasks, Records, Documents and Suppliers count only the sites you've filtered to, so they match the table below them.
  • Reliable search typing: Search boxes on Tasks, Records and Sites keep everything you type, even while the table reloads.

Documents

  • No Delete on published documents: Published documents no longer show a Delete option.

Reports

  • Faster Reports page for large organizations: The Reports page loads quickly in organizations with thousands of sites.

Resources

  • Restore deleted recipes: Recipes have a Deleted tab where admins can restore a deleted recipe.
  • Compact site lists in tables: Tables in Programs, Documents and Resources show a single site by name and several sites as a link, such as "14 Sites". Click the link to open a searchable list of that row's sites.
  • Select all sites at once: Multi-select site pickers have an All Sites option at the top, and selecting a site group selects every site in it.

People and Teams

  • Restore teams still in use: A deleted team can be restored even if a schedule, form or open record still uses it. The confirmation lists what's still assigned to the team, and restoring leaves those assignments as they are.

Supplier Management

  • Parent suppliers: Link a supplier to its parent company so the two are connected. The supplier profile and supplier tables show parent and child suppliers, and approval status, documents and sites stay with each supplier. Requires the Supplier Management module.
  • Link brokers to suppliers: Link a broker to the suppliers it works with. A broker's row lists its clients and a supplier's row lists its brokers, and you can filter and search both. Requires the Supplier Management module.

External Reporting API

  • Cursor-based paging: Every row carries a cursor you can pass back to resume exactly where you left off. Pages requested the existing way now include every row tied at the page boundary, so a page can return a few more rows than the limit.
  • More complete incremental syncs: Incremental syncs pick up removed Select options, deleted custom attribute definitions, deviations resolved by comment or by completing the corrective action, and bulk deletes of customers, products, chemicals and equipment.
  • Error codes: Every error includes a stable error code, such as DATABASE_UNAVAILABLE or RATE_LIMITED, so your integration can tell a failure worth retrying from a permanent one.
  • Deleted sites and areas excluded: Exports leave out deleted areas and the areas of deleted sites.
  • Updated documentation: The API documentation now lists recent column name changes and the new localDateTime data type, and clarifies several sections.
