October 21, 2026 Release Notes

People and Teams

  • Use the app in French: Each user can pick French (Québec) as their language on their Profile page, alongside English and Spanish, and an Org Admin can make it the organization’s default for new employees. App screens, messages and email notifications are translated, while content your organization writes (form questions, document names, resource names) stays as written.
  • Quieter default admin emails: New Site Admins and Org Admins start with the Deviation recorded and Site task overdue emails switched off, since these send for every site an admin covers. Existing admins keep their current settings, and anyone can turn these emails on in their notification preferences.
  • Clearer sorting in employee pickers: Employee pickers sort people who share a first name by last name. Names with numbers sort by value, so Supplier 2 comes before Supplier 10.

Records

  • Faster loading record photos: Newly uploaded record photos load faster. Photos uploaded before this release load as before.
  • Forms filtered by team: On Start Record, choosing a team under Assign To limits the Form list to forms that team can use, the same as Assign Record.
  • Required multi-value pickers: Required resource pickers that take several values, such as Product, need at least one value before the record can be submitted.
  • Decimals in number fields: In French, a comma is the decimal mark, so 12,5 is saved as 12.5. In English and Spanish, a comma typed as a decimal shows “Use a period (.) for decimals” so you can correct it before saving.
  • Data grids stay in place on phones: On phones, a data grid answer that reveals more fields keeps your place in the record.
  • Disconnect a Bluetooth thermometer: Disconnect a Bluetooth thermometer from a temperature field so it stops reconnecting each time it wakes. Tap the thermometer button again to pick a different one.
  • Steadier site filtering: On All Records and Documents, changing the site filter keeps the current rows on screen, dimmed, while the new results load.
  • Search kept when you return: Lists keep your search when you come back through the breadcrumb, the side menu or after closing a dialog.

Forms

  • Unique section keys: New sections added in the form builder always get a unique key, so the form stays editable and ready to publish.

Schedules

  • End date after start date: A schedule can only be saved with an end date after its start date. If an existing schedule has its dates the wrong way round, correct them the next time you edit it.
  • Complete results when sorting: Sorting Schedules by Assign To, form, site or frequency shows every schedule across all pages.

Resources

  • Locked Sites fields stay locked: Site Admins can’t remove a site or group from a locked Sites field on a resource.

Sites

  • Manitoba time zone: Manitoba now has its own site time zone option. Manitoba stays on UTC-5 all year from November 1, so change existing Manitoba sites to the new option in site edit before then.
  • Accurate site access notice: In the Sites dialog that opens from a site count link (such as “17 Sites”), only users missing access to some sites see the notice that some sites are outside their access.

Supplier Management

  • Filter supplier documents: Filter Supplier Management > Documents by Document, Version and Provided by, and the summary cards update to match. You can also sort a supplier’s Documents card by any column. Requires the Supplier Management module.
  • Inherited documents after deleting a supplier: If you delete a supplier in the middle of a parent chain, the suppliers below it no longer show documents inherited from suppliers above it. Requires the Supplier Management module.
  • Supplier editing on phones: The supplier edit form and both document request dialogs fit on phone screens, including linking brokers and clients, removing links and managing attached files. Requires the Supplier Management module.

Training

  • Delete a mistaken assignment: Admins can delete a training assignment made by mistake from the assignment’s page, which also removes any quiz attempts on it. Completed trainings can’t be deleted. Requires the Training module.
