October 14, 2026 Release Notes

Training bundles: Group quizzes and acknowledgements into a bundle, such as a new-hire package, and assign the whole bundle to a person or team in one step. Bundles have their own page in the Training menu. Requires the Training module.
Virtual Training menu name: Quiz & Acknowledgement in the Training menu is now called Virtual Training. Requires the Training module.

Western Canada and Arizona time zones: Sites can now use new time zones for British Columbia, Alberta and NWT, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, and Arizona. Existing sites don’t switch on their own, so change the time zone on each site in these regions to the new option before November 1, when BC, Alberta and NWT stop changing their clocks.
Site groups include new sites: A site group now covers every site beneath it, including sites added later. New sites pick up the forms and resources assigned to their group without being assigned again.
Site Imports page: Import sites and site groups from the new Site Imports page, which shows a review of what will be created before anything is saved.

Documents shared from parent suppliers: Documents on a parent supplier now appear on its child suppliers, down to the facility level, showing where they came from and editable only on the parent. Nothing is shared upward, and each supplier keeps its own approval status. Requires the Supplier Management module.
Send a file with a request: Attach a file for the supplier to fill in and return, such as a fillable PDF, when you create a document request. The request shows a preview of the attached file. Requires the Supplier Management module.
Supplier type and parent updates: You can now clear a supplier’s Type or change it in a single save. Setting a parent supplier now checks the broker rule when you save. Requires the Supplier Management module.

Expiry cards match their lists: The Expired and Expiring Soon cards on the Documents page now count the same documents as the lists they open, including expiry dates on drafts that are in review.

Reject to a completed step: When you reject a record back to an earlier step, only steps that were completed are offered.
Faster photo loading: Photos uploaded from now on load much faster in thumbnails, previews and carousels. The original full-size photo is still kept.
Smoother list searching: Search boxes on list pages keep every letter you type while results load. The current rows stay on screen, dimmed, until the new results appear.

Faster saving and assigning: Saving and assigning no longer wait for notifications to send. Notifications go out a moment later, so assigning a form across many sites finishes faster.

Filter by Assigned To: Filter schedules by Assigned To, by team or by person.
Bulk edit start dates: Change the start date on multiple schedules at once with bulk edit, for any date from tomorrow onward. Schedules that can’t take the new date are listed with the reason, and the rest are updated.

Protected products and categories: A product or product category that a live recipe uses can no longer be deleted. Delete explains why, and the product page lists the recipes that use it.
