November 4, 2026 Release Notes
Forms
- Deviations tab on forms: See every deviation rule on a form in one list, with its severity, field and rules, on the form’s Deviations tab. Click View to open a rule in Form Builder, or Delete to remove it from the form after confirming.
- Deviation rules for any resource: The deviation container in Form Builder now works with any resource type, not only suppliers.
- Card layout for datagrids: In Form Builder, set a datagrid to show its rows as cards on desktop. This makes grids with many columns easier to fill in.
Deviations
- Open deviation alert on submit: When you submit a record that still has open deviations, an alert appears first. The record stays open unless you click Submit to confirm.
- Redesigned deviation box: Inside a record, open deviations have a yellow border and a Resolve button, and closed deviations are muted with a View button. The record’s Deviations tab shows a count that turns yellow while any deviations are open.
- Comment and attachment by default: When you resolve a deviation, the resolution starts on comment and attachment, both on the Deviations page and inside a record.
Records
- Save during a pending save: Save a record again while an earlier save is still going through, including offline. Edits you make during that time are kept.
- Save waits for photo uploads: Save and Submit wait while a photo is uploading, with a short message explaining why.
- Faster large inspections: Forms that build a grid from the items you pick, such as an equipment inspection, respond faster on large records.
- Instant validation for Bluetooth readings: Bluetooth thermometer readings are checked against min and max limits as soon as they arrive, the same as typed values.
- Cleared Select fields stay empty: If you clear a Select field that has a default value and then save, the field stays empty.
- Inactive employee names on records: Employee dropdowns on completed records show an inactive employee’s name instead of an ID.
- Reassign comments in Comments: Comments added when reassigning a record now appear in the record’s Comments panel as well as in History.
- Supported file types in uploads: The upload picker shows the supported file types, so you can see what’s accepted before choosing a file.
- French date and time formats: In French, date pickers start the week on Monday and use consistent month names, and times use the 24-hour clock.
- Wildcard search in lists: Use * to stand for any text in any list search, including Sites. For example, organic*cert finds “Organic Certificate 2026”.
- Percent and underscore as text: % and _ are treated as regular characters in searches and text filters. If you’ve been using % as a wildcard, use * instead.
- Summary card filters stay applied: A list filtered by a summary card, such as Verification, stays filtered when you return from a record.
Tasks
- French labels fit on phones: French labels on the Tasks page now fit on a phone screen.
Resources
- Deviations on resource pages: Resource pages, such as Customers, now have Information and Deviations tabs. The Deviations tab lists the deviations tied to that resource and links to the filtered Deviations page.
- Resource custom attributes: Admins can create a custom attribute of type Resource, so one resource can point to another. For example, a supplier can have a Broker field that picks from your suppliers.
People and Teams
- Bulk upload employees: Org Admins can bulk upload employees and download the import template themselves.
- Notification emails for username accounts: When creating or editing an employee who signs in with a username, Admins can add a notification email. The email also shows in the employees table.
- Clear message for inactive accounts: Archived or deactivated employees who try to sign in see “No account found. Contact your administrator.” until they’re reactivated.
- Password matching username: When you create a user whose password matches the username, the password field tells you so.
Insights
- Site Performance for Site Admins: On the Risk page, Site Admins see their own sites in the Site Performance chart.
