Permissions & Admin Controls

  • Tighter employee edit permissions — Refined who can edit employee records to better match real-world responsibilities.
  • Site-aware report filtering — Reports now filter automatically based on the user's site access.
  • Read-only record fix — Team leads can no longer reassign records that should be read-only.
  • Authentication audit history — Employee profiles now show audit history for sign-in and authentication events.

Deviations

  • In-progress and draft visibility — In-progress and draft deviations are now visible alongside submitted ones, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Resolutions before submit — You can now apply resolutions on a deviation before the record is saved or submitted.
  • Outdated rule trigger fix — Deviation rules no longer fire on stale configured values.
  • Risk score includes closed deviations — Risk score now factors in both open and closed deviations for a more complete picture.

Reporting

  • In-progress records in reports — Reports can now include in-progress records, not just completed ones.
  • Product CSV fix — Exported product CSVs now include product category data.
  • HTML formatting fix — Fixed raw HTML tags appearing in reports.
  • Empty and unpublished state handling — Improved how reports handle unpublished and empty states.

Forms & Workflow

  • Duplicate a form — You can now duplicate an existing form as a starting point for a new one.
  • Linking unpublished documents — Improved the experience for linking documents that haven't been published yet.
  • Document approver search fix — Fixed search behavior when selecting a document approver.
  • Daily checklist performance — Addressed performance issues on large or complex daily checklist forms.

  • Employee deletion fix — Fixed deletion failures caused by stale users and multi-team setups.
