May 12 2026 Release
Employee Management & Access
-
Employees can now be archived and restored. Archived employees are removed from day-to-day selection flows, reducing confusion around inactive workers while preserving their history.
-
Role permissions have been refined for Team Leads and Operators to give each role more appropriately scoped access:
- Team Lead now functions like a team-scoped Site Admin. Team Leads can create, edit, and delete Records, assign Tasks within their team(s), read team Documents and Reports, view the Teams page for their team(s), create and read Schedules, and read site Resources — all locked to team-level visibility.
- Operator now includes read access to Reports and Records at the team level.
Tasks & Everyday Usability
-
The Tasks page now displays a created date, making it easier to see when work appeared and prioritize accordingly.
-
Users who click an email link while signed out are now returned to the original destination after logging in, instead of landing on a generic page.
-
Users who are blocked from an action because they haven't set up a signature are now guided directly to the correct profile area to complete setup.
Documents & Training
-
Document archiving behavior has been corrected. Archived filters now behave properly, and published documents no longer appear where they shouldn't.
Compliance & Program Content
-
Compliance content has been updated with the latest Primus program versions (3.2 and 4.0).
Other Enhancements
-
Custom resource attributes now support
selectandmulti-selectfields, enabling more flexible structured data entry.
