Deviations

• Deviations page now has filters (by form/assignee) and quick filter cards (severity)
• Bug fixes around deviations not showing/filtering
• View deviations in a report

Documents

• Documents can be assigned a type (and filtered)
• Documents can be saved as a Draft now
• Documents can be assigned an expiry date. The documents list page shows documents expiring soon/expired
• Documents can be assigned an owner.
• Document owners are notified when the document is expiring soon (30 days) and expired.
  • Email notifications are sent
• New custom attribute type: Documents (link a document to a resource)

Programs

• Subsections have been added (up to 3 levels) and allow for re-ordering.
• The program filter menu now supports nesting

Reports

• Report filters (text & radio buttons added)
• Reports page can be filtered for Sites

Resources

• Tables are sorted alphabetically by default
• Bulk Import Areas
• Custom Attributes can be deleted

Forms & Records

• FormIO resource dropdowns are sorted alphabetically by default
• Record IDs are now using the Julian Date form (for all records going forward)
• Attachments can be added to completed records

Employees & Teams

• Employee page will now show which team the users belong to
• New & improved employee selection view

General

• Admins are now taken to Insights page by default
• All UI in the app is fully translated into Spanish
