Link Forms

How To: Link Forms

1. Navigate to Settings -> Forms Module.
2. Select a the Form in which you would like to link.
3. The 'Information Tab' will open automatically. Scroll to the Configuration section at the bottom of this tab.
4. Check the 'Show Form Relations' check box to ensure the 'Relations' tab is visible in the form.
5. Select the 'Linkable Forms' section to open a list of available forms you wish to link to your current form. Select the form to link.
6. To add another linked form, select '+ Add Another' to open the dropdown menu and select additional forms you wish to link. 
7. Select Save.
