June 9 2026 Release

This release brings more flexible workflows, easier document review tracking, a redesigned Programs page, and a range of improvements across suppliers, recipes, and exports.

Workflow & Form Builder

  • Flexible next steps in forms. Forms now support flexible next steps, so your team can route work non-linearly instead of following a fixed sequence. This is the biggest workflow change in this release.
  • Filterable record dropdowns. Record dropdowns in forms can now be filtered by fields from the referenced form, including text, numeric, and date fields.
  • Republish prompts for linked documents. When you link a document to a form from the document side, you'll now be prompted to republish affected forms so the change takes effect immediately.
  • Improved Deviations support. Form builders now handle longer component keys more reliably in Deviations.

Documents & Training

  • Approval deadlines. Document approval tasks can now include a deadline, set at publish time. The default is 7 days, which can be changed or cleared — making review work easier to track.
  • Simplified document statuses. The "Approved" document state has been merged into "Published," simplifying how document statuses work.
  • Better acknowledgement tracking. Document acknowledgement details now show assignment status and support deeper follow-up directly from the acknowledgement view.

Programs & Compliance

  • New table layout. Programs can now be viewed in a default table layout with improved filtering, making the page much easier to scan.
  • Multiple program instances. Managed programs now support multiple named instances of the same program within one organization.
  • Easier custom program creation. Custom programs can now be created without entering a program code.
  • Improved program filters. Program filters now appear on the Forms page even when a program has no sections.

Resources, Suppliers, Recipes & Exports

  • Allergen flexibility. Products can now be marked as containing allergens without selecting specific allergen values.
  • More default resource properties. Chemicals now include PHI and REI fields, and areas now include size and unit fields.
  • Supplier deviation visibility. Supplier pages now show deviation counts and recent deviations directly on the supplier detail page.
  • Better supplier website links. Supplier website links can now be edited, and URLs entered without a protocol (e.g., "example.com") are handled automatically.
  • Recipe page polish. Recipe pages received improvements to dropdown sizing, ingredient rows, and summary cards.
  • CSV export improvements. Custom attribute columns now export properly, allergen values are readable, date formatting is cleaner, and multi-grid report exports preserve separate grouped columns correctly.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Better risk chart breakdowns. Risk category charts now separate overdue tasks and deviations on hover for clearer breakdowns.
  • Cleaner resource exports. Resource CSV exports now populate custom attributes correctly with more readable formatting.
