Document workflows

• You can now retract document approval requests.
• Forms can automatically update when a linked document version changes.
• Documents can now be sorted by Program in the documents table.
• Documents can now be assigned to specific teams, making ownership and organization clearer.
• Clearer document-state handling, including a "Document Expired" banner in view and edit states.
• Fixed several document workflow issues, including clearing a document owner, restoring or discarding in-review documents, and more reliable status filtering and archived-state handling.

Training

• Admins can now build quizzes for employee training, including multiple question types, passing thresholds, linked documentation, and previews.
• Users can acknowledge a document directly in the app, confirming they've reviewed it before signing.

Traceability and recipes

• A new product details page gives teams a clearer view of product information, related recipes, and where a product is used.
• You can now view recipes and use recipe components in create-lot workflows.
• Recipe dropdowns can now expose linked product data, improving form flexibility and reducing manual entry.
• A new receiving form component lets you create lots directly during record entry.
• Lot quantity updates were improved for more accurate traceability data.

Supplier workflows

• You can now request documents from suppliers and share a guided upload link, with a clearer success experience after the request is sent.

Usability and workflow improvements

• Table filters and column selections now persist, reducing repetitive setup when moving between records and tasks.
• Teams can now bulk edit resources.
• You can now archive or delete forms.
• Employee ID can now be accessed as a FormIO field.
• Improved support for document-related custom attributes, including single vs. multi-document behavior.

Permissions and admin controls

• Improved site access filtering in team editing flows.
• Site Admins can now access Risk Score.
• Role selector descriptions are now shown again (fixed).

Compliance and program updates

• Added support for new compliance programs, including USDA Harmonized and SQF 10, plus SMETA fixes.
• Fixed filtering issues affecting partial BRC selections.

Bug fixes and reliability improvements

• Fixed a reporting bug where case-sensitive keys could be omitted when multiple form versions existed.
• Fixed tablet number fields so you can enter negative values where needed.
• Fixed edit-grid issues, including unwanted page scrolling and incorrect unsaved-change alerts.
• Increased the allowed deviation field label length to avoid failures on long saved checklist responses.
• Fixed an issue where custom attributes didn't respect the selected page size on initial load, and where some resource pages only showed the first 10 attributes.
• Fixed a deviation workflow bug where reassigned deviations could no longer be resolved from a record.
• Fixed an issue where users couldn't save their signature.
• Fixed a record form issue where submit actions weren't working.
