      Completing your Self Assessment Checklist

      CanadaGAP requires the Self Assessment Checklist be completed before your audit


      1. Navigate to your Self Assessment Checklist Form 
      2. Select the link located in the form which will direct you to the Self Assessment Checklist PDF on CanadaGAPs website.
      3. Download the PDF and save to your device.
      4. Read all the instructions carefully at the top of the checklist and proceed to fill out with the associated information. 
      5. Once completed, add the Self Assessment PDF as an attachment to the Self Assessment Checklist form, click here to see How to Add an Attachment.
