Just because you are planting and harvest seasonally doesn't mean there aren't food safety forms to be completed! It is easy to stay on top of and complete forms in real time to remain always audit ready in Provision. 

Example of Form Schedule for CanadaGAP Operations:

Off Season Activities:

(i.e. Jan - Mar)

  • Cleaning, Maintenance & Repair of Buildings - G (monthly)
  • Restroom cleaning checklist - J
  • Pest control - M (monthly)

Season Start Up Activities:

(i.e. Mar - Jun)

  • Water Sample (60 days advance) - N1, N2
  • Receiving (optional) - i.e. seeds, chemicals
  • Update Chemical list (resource)
  • Manual Forms (1 - 24)
  • Annual Forms (A, B, C, D, E, F, S, T, U, V)
  • Equipment Maintenance - I
  • Restroom cleaning checklist - J
  • Cleaning, Maintenance & Repair of Buildings - G (monthly)
  • Pest control - M (monthly)
  • Training (optional) - L

Note: Annual & Manual forms can be completed at anytime throughout the year, but will need to be completed prior to your audit

  • Pest control - M (monthly)

Note: Audit season typically runs Aug - Oct
