Tasks & Schedules

  • Hourly and minute-based cadences — Schedules can now be configured to repeat on hourly or minute-level intervals, in addition to the existing daily, weekly, and monthly options.
  • Monthly schedules on the same day — You can now build recurring schedules that land on a fixed day each month (e.g. the 15th).
  • Task page filters — New filters on the Tasks page make it easier to narrow down to the tasks you care about.
  • Reject a task to an individual — Tasks can now be rejected to a specific individual, not just a team, giving you more control over reassignment.
  • Assign and filter forms on Start and Assign Record — You can now assign a form directly from the Start Record and Assign Record screens, and filter by form on both screens.
  • Completed records bug fix — Completed records now correctly appear for team leads.
  • Timezone bug fix — Fixed several timezone issues when editing schedules and viewing schedule insights.
  • Schedule persistence bug fix — Schedules now persist correctly when an end date is removed.

Forms

  • Optional "Summary of Changes" — The "Summary of Changes" field is no longer required when publishing a form, making quick edits faster to ship.
  • Filter areas by type — Areas can now be filtered by type in the form builder.
  • Expanded sections in read-only mode — Form sections are now expanded by default when viewing a form in read-only mode.
  • Area form component search fix — Fixed search within the area form component.
  • Edit grid bug fix — Edit grid no longer closes after the first character typed when creating a new record.

Documents

  • Linked forms clickable — Linked forms on the document page are now clickable and navigate directly to the form.
  • Save feedback bug fix — Added visual feedback after the first save on a document, so it's clear the save was successful.

Bulk Actions

  • Improved permissions and UI — Adjusted the permissions model and UI for bulk actions to make the feature easier and more predictable to use.

Reports & Analytics

  • Report page load fix — Fixed a report page that was failing to load for a specific form.
  • Insights empty state — Insights now displays an empty chart instead of a generic empty state, preserving report structure when there is no data.

Notifications

  • Contact email for username accounts — Users who sign in with a username (rather than email) can now receive notifications at a designated contact email.
  • Spanish notification emails — Added Spanish translations for notification emails.

Record Capture & Mobile

  • One-click sign-in fix — Fixed one-click sign-in verification on mobile in portrait orientation.
  • Record button fix — Fixed the record button being hidden in portrait mode when no tasks are present.

Compliance Programs

  • Restored program sections — Restored missing sections in the CanadaGAP, SQF, and Primus programs.

Deviations

  • Survey deviation resolution fix — Fixed an issue where survey deviation resolutions would disappear, and resolved related line rendering glitches.

General Improvements

  • Organization switcher relocated — The organization switcher has moved to the top of the sidebar navigation for easier access.
  • Unsaved changes modal — Renamed the "Discard" option in the unsaved changes modal for clarity.
  • Session recording expanded — Mixpanel session recording is now enabled in Reports, Records, and Forms to help us continue improving the experience.
