Documents

  • Document approval workflow — Submit documents for approval, approve or reject submissions with comments, and track the full approval chain. Approval history is captured in the document activity log.
  • Review tasks in task list — Document review and approval tasks now appear in your task list. Clicking a task opens the related document page.
  • Bulk upload documents — You can now upload up to 50 documents at once, making it faster to get your documentation into the system.

Deviations

  • Link a record to a deviation — You can now link an in-progress or completed record to a deviation as part of the resolution process. The linked record must be completed to resolve the deviation.
  • Assign a record to resolve a deviation — You can now assign a record directly as part of a deviation resolution, streamlining the corrective action workflow.
  • Deviation resolutions visible in tables — Deviation comments and resolution details are now shown inline in the deviations table and on the record deviations tab.

Tasks

  • Cancel a scheduled task — Team Leads and above can now cancel a scheduled record (e.g. when a line didn't run). A required comment is captured and shown in the task history.
  • Completed tasks hidden by default — Completed tasks no longer appear by default on the Tasks page. Use the card/filter toggle to reveal them. The search bar has been moved below the tabs, and a summary of open, due today, and overdue tasks is now shown.
  • "Assigned to Me" filter — The Tasks page now has an "Assigned to Me" tab that filters to only tasks assigned to you.
  • Task type bug fix — Completed tasks now correctly display the last step type (e.g. Verification) instead of always showing "Recording."

Forms

  • Inline image component — Forms now support an inline image upload component. Images are displayed inline after upload, work inside Grid components, and open the camera directly on mobile. Supports required validation and re-upload.
  • Edit grid improvements — Hidden fields are no longer shown in edit grid table/card views. Long field labels now wrap correctly.
  • Team name search fix — Team dropdowns now correctly search and display teams beyond the first page of results.

Notifications

  • Notification scope control — You can now choose which teams and sites you receive notifications for. Site Admins have access to all teams by default.

General Improvements

  • Default site selection — For users belonging to only one site, site selection fields are now pre-populated automatically across resource, employee, document, form, and schedule creation.
  • "Select All" for site dropdowns — All multi-select site dropdowns now include a top-level "Select All" option.
  • Site filters persist on Insights and Risks — Site filters now persist correctly on the Insights and Risks pages.
