Task side panel (Quick Edit) – Open a task in a side panel right from the Tasks list and complete it without leaving the page. Move through your task list with next/previous arrows, auto-advance to the next task after submitting, or expand to full screen anytime.

Unsaved changes warning – Starting a new ad hoc record and navigating away now prompts a warning, so work isn't lost by accident.
Signing safeguard for Admins – Admins now see a confirmation prompt when submitting a record section assigned to a team they're not on.
Create linked records in place – Create a new linked record directly from the Linked Record tab, and a count badge on the tab makes linked records easier to spot.
Resources as Identifiers – Resource dropdowns (like Supplier or Product) can now be set as a form's Identifier field, so records are labeled with the actual resource they relate to.
Org admins can manage Identifiers – Org admins can now add or update the Identifier field on a form's information tab.
Configurable signature panels – Signatures in forms now support optional signing and conditional display rules.
Faster error-finding – When a submission fails validation on another tab, you're taken straight to the issue instead of having to hunt for it.
Discard with comment – Discarding an in-progress saved record now prompts for a comment.
Cleaner Forms list – The Forms list has a refreshed layout with better default columns and visibility of team-related details.

Fully clickable rows – Table rows are now clickable across their full width, making navigation faster.
Re-order columns – Drag table columns into the order that works best for you.
Filter from column headers – Filter table data directly from the column header.
Manage saved views – Rename or delete saved views on a report.
Sticky actions column – Wide tables keep their actions visible while you scroll sideways.

Clearer severity cards – Severity cards on the Deviations page now count open deviations only, so the numbers reflect what actually needs attention.

Improved document view & approvals – Approval tasks now open the document in view mode with version info and Approve/Reject actions up top. Document details moved to a side rail for more viewing room, empty fields are hidden, and a download button was added.
Multi-team assignment – Documents can now be assigned to multiple teams instead of just one.
Office file previews – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files can now be previewed in-app.

New supplier types – Manufacturer and Co-manufacturer are now available in the Supplier Type dropdown.
Smoother supplier document handling – Supplier document requests can now auto-publish uploaded documents, carrying through supplier-submitted details like expiry dates. When auto-publish is off, uploads follow a clearer approval path with better ownership, routing, and history visibility. Requires the Supplier Management module.

More dashboard data – Resource details (like product attributes) and deviation status and severity are now available for use in Insights dashboards.

Tighter access controls – Navigation now reflects each user's permissions more precisely, and Employee pages are limited to higher-permission users.

Conduct in-person training – Run in-person training sessions directly in Provision: mark attendees present or absent, capture attendee and trainer signatures, require a comment for any absence, and see completed sessions on each employee's profile. Requires the Training module.
Predictable quiz setup – Quiz passing scores are no longer auto-filled unexpectedly.

Deselecting all sites within a site group now correctly deselects the group itself.
Fixed an incorrect placeholder site name when assigning in-person training.
Fixed a timezone issue that could shift a training date back by one day after saving.
Image attachments now persist correctly after submitting instead of disappearing.
Lot creation inside edit grids is more reliable.
A clear message now appears when a supplier document upload is rejected by security scanning, instead of failing silently.
Hourly schedules with a midnight window now keep their hourly recurrence instead of collapsing into daily behavior.
Pop-up notifications on supplier and document screens no longer overlap awkwardly.
