✏️ How to Manage an Employee

Update profile details or manage system access for existing users

Editing an Employee

  1. Navigate to People > Employees.

  2. Locate the employee and select their First Name or the Edit icon in the Actions column.

  3. Modify the necessary fields in their profile.

  4. Select the green Save button.

Disabling Access

  1. Open the employee's profile using the Edit icon.

  2. Toggle Login Access to the "Off" position to remove their ability to sign in.

  3. Select Save.

Deleting an Employee

  1. Open the employee's profile using the Edit icon.

  2. Select the Delete button in the bottom left corner.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
