📤 How to Link Documentation and Publish a Form
Attach reference documents and publish a form for your users
Once your form is configured, you can link supporting documentation and publish it so users can begin filling it out.
Link documentation to a form
- Open the form and select the Documentation tab.
- Click the Link Document button and select your existing documents.
These documents will be available as a reference whenever the form is being filled out.
Save and publish the form
- After making any changes, click the green Save button.
- Click the Publish button.
- Give the form a version number to confirm publishing.
Note: A form must be published before your users can fill it out.
The form is now published and available for your users to complete.
