📤 How to Link Documentation and Publish a Form

Attach reference documents and publish a form for your users

Once your form is configured, you can link supporting documentation and publish it so users can begin filling it out.

Link documentation to a form

  1. Open the form and select the Documentation tab.
  2. Click the Link Document button and select your existing documents.

These documents will be available as a reference whenever the form is being filled out.

Save and publish the form

  1. After making any changes, click the green Save button.
  2. Click the Publish button.
  3. Give the form a version number to confirm publishing.

Note: A form must be published before your users can fill it out.

The form is now published and available for your users to complete.
