📁 How to Create Product Categories & Sub-Categories

Organize your inventory by creating high-level categories and more specific sub-categories

Adding a New Product Category

  1. Navigate to Resources > Product Categories.

  2. Select the green Add Product Category button.

  3. In the side panel, enter the following:

    • Name

    • Sites (Select the relevant site from the dropdown)

    • Description (optional)

  4. Select the green Save button.

Adding a Sub-Category

  1. In the Product Categories list, locate the Parent Category.

  2. Select the View Sub-Items folder icon in the Actions column.

  3. Select the green Add Product Category button.

  4. Enter the sub-category details and select Save.
